Fly into Kathmandu, see it for a day or so, collect last minute trekking supplies and get transportation towards Besisahare or Pokhara. From there you can start the Annapurna Circuit, about 200 miles of trails that weave through spectacular scenery. |

| Here's a great couple I met while on the trail. We were splitting up the next day and thought we would celebrate with a couple of beers at high altitude. Kurt and Lauren are from Southern California and I had a tremendous time with both of them. They were set to travel for quite a while and I'm hoping I will run into them again! |
