| The DR (Cabarete) is probably the best place in the world to learn to kitesurf. We flew into Puerto Plata, and stayed on the North part of the island in Cabarete. In addition to kitesurfing, there's windsurfing, wakeboarding, and it's a great place to party well into the night. For those of you there...Uno Vase Mas! |
